Clinton: Pakistan needs to take 'decisive steps' (AP)

ISLAMABAD – Top U.S. diplomatic and military officials are in Pakistan to repair badly frayed relations after the killing of terror mastermind Osama bin Laden at a comfortable hideout in Pakistan.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton joined Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to deliver a twofold message on Friday.

Amid frustration in both countries over the other's priorities, the U.S. delegation is asking for specific counterterrorism help, and warning that billions of dollars in U.S. aid may be on the line.
